Everyone can divide up their body into four parts. These parts are the upper right quadrant, left upper quadrant, lower right quadrant and lower left quadrant which assist medical personnel in beginning to determine what the specific concern may be.
We all start out as a cell which divides over and over again in the process of human development. As we grow in the female womb it is our heart that is formed first, next is our circulatory system where our blood flows throughout our body, and next is our nervous system consisting of the brain and spinal cord.
Further in the development process is where occurs the growth of members such as legs, feet, fingers, toes and arms. The face continues to become more defined as we start developing our unique appearance while still inside the female womb.
Organs, tissues and the skeletal system will form inside the integumentary system consisting of the skin which is the largest organ of the body. There are 206 bones within the skeletal system of each body. Some of the bones are very small to help with mobility, while other bones form a larger part of the body such as the back to help support functionality such as standing upright.
The muscular system assists in movement and protecting the skeletal system and all the organs are individual unto themselves, however if one organ has a problem the other organs have to take over to compensate for the injured organ. All the organ systems and all the other systems have to work together in order for our bodies to function and maintain a healthy state.
The one organ that keeps us functioning is our heart. The heart is the one organ that pumps blood throughout our body to bring nourishment to every part of our body. When the heart is malfunctioning our blood cannot be circulated properly throughout our whole body.
